Service Agreement for One-on-One Coaching Program

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Linda Fogarty Real Estate Coach, hereinafter referred to as the "Coach," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

Services Provided 1.1 Description of Services: The Coach agrees to provide one-on-one coaching services to the Client in the field of real estate sales and business development. 1.2 Duration: The coaching program will commence on the Effective Date and will continue weekly unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Coaching Sessions 2.1 Frequency: Coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom and will be scheduled weekly. 2.2 Session Length: Each coaching session will typically last for 35 to 60 minutes. 2.3 Scheduling: The Coach and Client will mutually agree on the schedule for coaching sessions.
Payment 3.1 Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Coach the sum of $350 per month for the coaching program, payable through Stripe. 3.2 Refunds: Coaching fees are non-refundable.
Confidentiality 4.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.2 Exceptions: The Coach may disclose confidential information if required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm to the Client or others.
Termination 5.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 7 days. 5.2 Termination by Coach: The Coach reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to meet their obligations or behaves inappropriately. 5.3 Refund upon Termination: In the event of termination, the Coach is not obligated to provide any refunds for unused coaching sessions, unless the Coach agrees to for unforeseen circumstances.
Miscellaneous 6.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. 6.2 Amendments: Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. 6.3 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA.
