I took some time  to really address 

what I wanted from my business

and then I sat down and wrote my business plan. It included my mission statement, my vision and every detail that included point by point what I would do to be in the top 10% of realtors in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

 



 

Using my planner/google calendar

I would sit for 2 hours every Sunday Evening

(with a glass of wine) and plan out my week.

It was filled with prospecting, posting to social media, door knocking, sending out FSBO’s and expired listings packets, just to name a few. But it helped me know exactly what I was doing every day to grow my business. I still do this every Sunday.



 

 No more waiting  and hoping prospects would find me.

I put my plan into action. I figured out the techniques and strategies I needed to put into action so I would guarantee that my business would grow.

 

Being the “Whole Package” was essential

to stand out among all my competitors.

I knew that to complete the whole package I needed a  professionally constructed Listing Presentation and Buyer’s Presentation so I created them.

My goal was to hear my sellers/buyers say “WOW”  and then I would know they would only work with me and that’s how I blew away the competition.
